I think modern love & timeless traditions work beautifully in partnership together.

I absolutely love weddings. However, I noticed over the years that some ceremonies have felt outdated. Dull. Stuffy. I.e., nothing like the beautiful couples I get to work with.

Regardless of their modern love story, these gorgeous guys and dolls still wanted traditional elements - Dad walking the bride down the aisle, grandparents included in the ceremony - you name it - sentimentality is always top tier.

So, it made me think - how do we combine these traditional, heartwarming, super special moments with modern, new age experiences?

Answer: Me. The celebrant.

Catering exactly to your needs and desires, I customise a ceremony full of spark that is full of modern love stories, laughter, unforgettable tradition, goosebump moments galore and absolutely no boring bits.

Now, who am I?

I’m your hopelessly romantic celebrant, Tracey McKellar.

A farmer’s wife and preschool teacher to boot, I’ve dedicated my life to filling up everyone’s cup and I love seeing people around me genuinely happy.

I get called the empathetic one, the caring one, the down to earth one.

What makes my heart *sing* is seeing people in their element - whether it’s my kids at school, guys on the farm, or the couples on the happiest day of their lives - it makes my heart swell with pride to be a part of that.

I’ve knocked around the bush long enough to know that country people - and country weddings - beat to their own drum. They’re unlike anything else out there, and it’s my biggest privilege to bring that unique country vibrancy to a wedding - there’s simply nothing like it.

I believe to know the country is to love the country, and having that unique buzz as a part of your wedding ceremony, alongside super special traditions and your modern day romance is the cherry on top.

    I love to dance hard and sing loud - so any of those big anthems - Whitney, Killers, Bon Jovi.

  • Favourite food

    Being a country girl I cant go past a lamb rost with lashings of homemade gravy and mint sauce and crispy roast potato’s. Follow that on with pavlova covered in cream and fresh fruit and my tummy is happy. Add in a table full of family and friends and a cracking good wine and I’m in the perfect Sunday lunch.
